Mark was amazing and took care of my whole house as needed. The former owners of my house smoked inside so we went with all floors cleaned and the vapor treatment for the whole house. When he came through the first time, it wasn't up to his standards, so he did another round for us to make sure things were done right. The house doesn't smell at all of cigarettes and the floors look and feel great. Will definitely use his services again if needed and I recommend him for anyone in need of the services he provides.

Used them to clean the carpets in a house which had pet oder, and the house was very fresh smelling afterwards. They have industrial-style equipment that cleans so much better than the hand-push machines you can buy at the store.

Mark did a fantastic job! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet smells fresh and looks new! He also said that they offer 24 hour water extraction in cases of flooding. I hope we'll never need that, but if we ever do, Sure Clean will be my first call.

I have had all of those carpet cleaning outfits from Louisville claiming to clean 3 rooms for $99. Don't be fooled ! They try to sell you extras when they come out to measure your rooms and if they can't sell you extras, they're in and out in very short time.(and your carpets really aren't clean) Call Mark at Sure Clean Carpet Cleaning (locally) and have your carpets thoroughly clean and smelling fresh. He's reasonable and very conscientious with his work. I'm highly satisfied and will have him return in 6 months to clean my carpets again. I give him 5 stars!

Sure Clean has always done a great job cleaning my carpets. The owner, Mark Jackson, is very nice and always leaves the carpet clean and smelling very fresh not overly perfumed. He also successfully cleaned a smelly stain off my sofa, leaving no trace of the stain or the smell. He recently did an amazing job cleaning a 54 year old hardwood floor for my mother . It looked like new when he finished. If you want a thorough, professional cleaning , call Sure Clean.
